The ordering of Made to Order or Custom-Made products is considered final, returns of any customized or made-to-order products is determined by a case-by-case scenario.
How to Return an Item
Product(s) must not have been used, damaged or altered in any way, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse your request if we feel these conditions have not been met. Please send your package back in a sturdy box, including this form and a copy of your receipt, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Return Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned if they are Made to Order or Custom Made. These include products not consider stock merchandise or Instant Ship items. Returns are not accepted for any products imprinted. Merchandise that has been damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges: If your products are in like new condition, you may exchange any stock (Non-Customized or Non- Made to Order) item for a different size, style, material or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and shipping for new item.
