We are not responsible for invalid ship to addresses provided on orders entered or change of address forwarded parcels. We work with carriers to ensure the best methods for delivery, however, events or conditions beyond our control cannot be anticipated.
General Shipping Information
- Cardinal bag supplies, LLC utilizes UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping.
- Shipping occurs Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Cardinal bag supplies, LLC includes flat rate shipping options to accommodate small and large orders. The flat rate option allows bulk rate pricing for customer discounted terms.
- The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Tracking information is emailed for each order shipped to the email that was provided when order was placed.
- Please check spam and junk filters for tracking information email.
- Customers can contact the carrier using the provided tracking information for questions regarding delivery times, special delivery instructions or delays.
Shipping Locations
- Cardinal bag supplies, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
- Additionally, Cardinal bag supplies, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations at this time.
International
- Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact local Customs office for details.
- Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the customers responsibility to check with Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
- Cardinal bag supplies, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Shipping rates are calculated before order is processed.
In Stock
- In Stock bags are already made and are limited by quantity.
- For orders of 20 bags or less: Bags will ship in 2 to 5 business days from when the order is placed.
- Large orders of in stock bags (21 or more) require additional production and extended ship time.
- Expedited shipping is an option available for all orders received before 12PM CST and will ship in 1-2 business days.
Made to Order
- Made to Order bags are produced from scratch when order is placed. Choose from our available colors, materials, sizes and/or locks.
- Made to Order bags are NOT returnable.
- For orders of 20 Made to Order bags or less: Bag(s) will ship in approximately 14-21 business days because the bags will be made from scratch with the options chosen.
- For orders of 21 or more Made to Order bags: Production time extends to typically 4-6 business weeks.
- For orders of 20 bags or less with Made to Order Custom Imprinting: Bag(s) will ship in approximately 4-6 business weeks. Production of the custom imprinting bag(s) does NOT start until the artwork has been approved! Once artwork has been approved, production of the bag(s) will commence.
- Made to Order and Custom Imprinting products cannot be canceled after 2-3 days from when the order was placed as it is already in production. If canceled after 2-3 days, you will be charged for a percentage of the total order placed and taken off your refund amount.
